  • PACK pre-sales and after-sales engineers

    Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, electrical or related fields, with at least three years of relevant work experience;

    Basic knowledge of lithium batteries/supercapacitors, familiarity with electronics and production processes is preferred;

    Having good after-sales battery problem analysis and problem-solving skills, and able to effectively communicate and communicate with customers;

    Having the ability to independently complete maintenance;

    Familiar with battery/supercapacitor maintenance, with peer work experience in energy storage system assembly, preferred employment;


  • Battery PACK Electronics Engineer

    Bachelor's degree or above in electronic information related majors;

    Proficient in using PADS and DXP to design circuit diagrams and circuit boards;

    Capable of independently completing electronic evaluation, circuit design, and LAYUOUT for new projects;

    Having experience in BMS design, experience in thermal management, high voltage, communication, etc. is preferred;

    Proficient in the electrochemical characteristics of lithium batteries, such as the characteristics of battery pack SOC, SOH, SOF, and control detection methods;


  • R & D Engineer

    Master's degree or above, major in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Electrochemistry or related fields;

    Familiar with the preparation, characterization, and performance testing of materials, able to maintain and maintain experimental equipment;

    Having experience in the preparation and testing of soft pack lithium batteries, proficient in the principles, chemical characteristics, manufacturing processes, and related standards of lithium batteries;

    Proficient in using battery testing, Origin, Chemraw and other related software;

    According to the research and development plan, complete relevant experiments and tests on time, with quality and quantity.


  • Structural Engineer

    Bachelor's degree or above

    Mechanical design related majors

    Having basic knowledge of mechanical design, proficient in 3D drawing software for structural design, and able to conduct preliminary simulation analysis;

    Proficient in using drawing software such as CAD, Proe, Solidworks, Creo, Ug, etc;

    ◆ Have a deep understanding of plastic, sheet metal, and die-casting processes, as well as a detailed understanding of injection molding processes and molds;

    At least 3 years of experience in structural design, with experience in designing cabinets, modules, battery packs, and other projects;

    Familiar with the relevant design requirements of power cabinets and frequency converters (copper busbar circuit design, thermal design, safety design) is preferred;

    Understand thermal simulation and calculation;

    Industry experience includes new energy (such as motor controllers, charging stations, inverters, household energy storage, industrial energy storage), industrial control industry (frequency converters), network energy (such as communication power supplies), air-cooled modules, and liquid cooled modules.
